When saving an invoice, PracSuite remembers the patient’s last selected default per account.
Each PracSuite user can override the patient’s preference with their own. For example, if you prefer to always save invoices by default, you can set this as your preferred option.
To set your preference:
1. Go to the User menu in the top-right corner of PracSuite.
2. Enable Override invoice default according to your preference.
Once enabled, whenever you edit an invoice, your preferred option will be selected by default when saving.
