Overview
Marketing Sources allow for reporting and tracking of how patients have found you or your business via the Reports > Patients > Referrals report.
Adding a Marketing Source
Step 1:
Go to Contacts > Marketing
Step 2:
Click Add
Step 3:
Specify the name of the marketing source and add a description to the notes section. Click Save to finalise your changes.
Adding a Marketing Source to a Patient's File
When creating a new client file, you can specify the marketing source in Client Details > Additional to track how clients discovered your business.
Viewing Patients with the Marketing Source
You can later return to the Marketing Source in Contacts > Marketing to view a list of patients that have been referred to your business from that Marketing Source.
Exporting Marketing Sources
A list of all of your Marketing Sources can be exported to a spreadsheet by clicking on the Export button at the top of the Contacts > Marketing page.
