Add Tags to clinical notes by navigating to a patient file and clicking the Clinical Notes tab. Click New to create a new clinical note.

Click Add Tag to open the tags menu.

Select the desired tag you want to be associated with this individual clinical note. In this example, we will use the Ankle tag.

Click Save, and the tag will be assigned to the clinical note.
