A patient's COVID-19 Vaccination status can be selected in the patient file by going to the Patient File > Patient Details > select Edit and under the Additional section you have a COVID Vaccination option.

Use the COVID Vaccination drop-down to record the patient's vaccination status and the date the patient was last vaccinated.
