To change the order of the Appointment Book columns for all users, go to Settings > Appointment Book > Column Order.
Each user can choose to show/hide practitioner columns on the appointment book, which will only affect their individual user login. These settings will apply when the appointment book filters are set to All.
Go to the Appointment Book and select the Settings Cog in the bottom left-hand corner.
Under Display, select Manage Columns.
In the popup that appears, you can choose to show/hide whole businesses or selectively show/hide individual practitioners at each business.
Select Save to finalise your preferences.
