Adding Memos to the Messages tab of the Patient File

The Memo functionality available within the Patient File > Messages tab allows users to manually add additional correspondence between themselves and the patient, such as email replies or other notes regarding patient correspondence, into the patient file.

To add a Memo, open the Patient File > Messages tab.

Click Memo.

Add a Subject and the memo content.

Click Save.

This is the finished result, after a Memo has been added.
