If you have an Unallocated Payment / Credit you wish to delete follow the guide below.
Once the Unallocated Payment / Credit has been found, select the payment by clicking the tickbox to the left.
Click Delete.
Type in a reason for the deletion.
Click Next.
To confirm the deletion, click Delete.
