Clinical notes can be associated with an account on a patient file, making it easier to filter and export notes related to a specific case or funding scenario.
The account associated with a clinical note can be managed when creating or editing clinical notes, as shown below.
When accessing clinical notes from the appointment book, the account on the clinical note will automatically be set based on the account associated with the appointment. When accessing clinical notes unrelated to an appointment, the patient's default account will be set by default.
When viewing existing notes in the clinical note timeline or history pane, the associated account is displayed below the date of the note.
You can use the Account filter to filter which clinical notes are display in the timeline, as shown below:
When creating AI Letter or AI Clinical notes, you can filter which past clinical note history is included using the Account filter, as shown below:
When exporting clinical notes, you can use the Account filter to narrow down which clinical notes to include in the PDF export, as shown below:
