After creating a Roster, the final step is to assign it to a practitioner file.
Go to Settings > Practitioners and select the relevant practitioner.
Select the Edit button.
Scroll down to the Roster section and select Add under the relevant business.
Select the appropriate Roster and start date.
If a practitioner's hours are changing significantly, you can set an end date for the current roster and the start date of the new roster.
Setting the Default Roster for New Practitioners
PracSuite allows you to apply a specific roster when creating new practitioner files.
This is ideal if you apply a generic 'unavailable' roster template to ensure a new practitioner's time is completely unavailable until their working hours have been determined.
Once you've created the generic roster template, you can set it as the default roster in Settings > Practitioners > Rosters.
