Creating Letter Templates

You can create folders to store and categorise your Letter Templates. Click Edit.


​Step 3:

Click Add Folder to create a new Letter Template Folder.


​Step 4:

Click Save.


​Step 5:

Click Add Template to create a New Letter Template.

Step 6:

When creating your template, you can use the drop-down lists to include letter tags for populating common information into your template.

Step 7:

Select the Preview tickbox to see an example of what your letter will look like when generated.

Step 8:

Click Save to finalise your template changes

Step 9:

Specify a description for the template, and if it should be stored in a template folder, then click Save.

Step 10:

Your letter template will now appear in its respective template folder
