Organisations allow for the grouping of Referring Doctors based on the organisation they are from. This enables populating these details (address, phone, website etc.) automatically, saving you the time it would take to enter them manually.

You can add and manage them by going to the Contacts > Referrers > Organisations page.

Click Add

Enter the info for the organisation.

Click Save to finalise the creation of the organisation.

You can link the organisation to a referring doctor in Contact > Referrers > Referring Doctors.

Select the Referring Doctor from the list, click Edit and select the Organisation under the Organisation field.

While viewing an Organisation's file, you may notice a Cog icon at the top of the page.

Clicking on the Cog will give you a number of options:

​Mark Organisation as Inactive
If the Organisation is no longer needed, but you don't want to delete it. This will remove it from the list of Active Organisations.

Delete Organisation:
When an Organisation is no longer needed at all.
​

Organisation Audit Log:
See a Log of the actions performed on this Organisations file.
​

Merge Organisation:
Merge the Organisation with another. Useful for instances were a duplicate file has been created.
