To add a referring doctor to a patient file, go to the Patient File > Accounts tab.

Click Edit to make changes.

Click Add under the Referring Doctors menu.

Select the referring doctor from the dropdown menu.

If the referring doctor doesn't have a file, use the plus icon to create a new one.

Add the referral date and referral expiry. You can quickly set the referral expiry date with the 3 Month and 12 Month buttons. Delete the referral by clicking the trash icon.
