Customising Invoice Preferences

The Print on Accounts section at the bottom of the Accounts tab on both Patient and Payer files lets you customise what patient identifiers are displayed on invoices, receipts and statements.

Patients - To customise what details are printed on patient invoices, go to the patient file and select the Accounts tab.

Payers -To customise what details are printed on Third-party Payer Invoices, go to Contacts > Third-party Payers, select a file and then select the Accounts tab. By enabling the Print on Accounts option on the payer file, you will enforce the selected options for all patients linked to the payer.

The Print On Accounts grid allows you to customise the options displayed:

  • Client Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Health Fund No.

  • Pension No.

  • Referring Doctor, Provider No. and Expiry Date

  • Medicare No.

  • DVA No.

  • NDIS No.

  • Next Appointment

  • Account No.

  • Claim No.

  • Client ID

  • Employer

  • Injury

  • Injury Date

  • Hospital/Facility

  • Custom Label - allows you to add your own custom header and value.

To enable fields, select Edit and enable the fields as required. All enabled fields will display on invoices as shown below:
