By configuring Default Appointments Types, you can choose which Appointment Types are selected by default when booking appointments for new and existing patients. These defaults can be customised per Profession, Practitioner and Fee Category.
Click Edit to make changes to the Default Appointment Types .
Scroll past the list of appointment types and you will find the default preferences.
Default Appointment Types for Individual Appointments
Select Add to add a new default combination and customise the choices as required.
Default Appointment Types for Group Appointments
Defaults for Group Appointments are found below individual appointments.
Select Add to add a new default combination and customise the choices as required.
Click Save to finalise your changes.
