To manually send a patient a link to complete a form, go to the Forms tab of their Patient File.
Select Send Form at the top of the webpage.
Select the form you wish to send, the account that the form relates to, and then select either Email or SMS. The drop downs menus will allow you to select email templates that the form link appears in.
The compose window will appear for you to finalise your message and to send the form link to the patient.
Once completed by the patient, the form will be sent to PracSuite for staff to process. You can learn more about processing completed forms here.
