Pinning Contacts will display their details alongside family members on the main page of patient files. For example, you can pin emergency contact information and have it visible on the front page of patient files.
Pinning All Contacts with a Specific Relationship
You can choose which Contact Relationships to pin across all patient files in Settings > Contact Relationships.
If you modify pinned contact preferences, you will be asked whether you wish to pin existing contacts with that relationship across all patient files.
Pinning Individual Contacts on a Patient File
To pin contacts individually, go to the Contacts tab of the patient file and select Edit.
Choose which contacts to pin using the checkbox on the right-hand side.
Select Save to finalise your changes.
