To create PDF Templates, go to Settings > Templates > PDF Templates.

Select Add Template.

Select the Open button if you have an existing PDF form that you wish to import.

If your PDF has fillable fields, consider prepopulating patient data by inserting merge fields using the row of merge field drop-downs.

After selecting a merge field from a drop-down, you must place your cursor in the corresponding fillable field.

Select a fillable field in the template to insert the relevant merge field.

Click Save to finalise your changes.

PDF Templates can be used from the Files tab of patient records.

Use the drop-down menu to select from existing templates.

After selecting a template, any merge fields will be populated with patient data where relevant.
