The 'Limit Appointment Start Times' restricts the appointment start times displayed to patients booking online. It is ideal for practices that must maintain a specific sequence/order of appointments to avoid unused time on the appointment book.
Existing online booking roster rules are still used to determine a practitioner's availability. This feature only concerns the start times of appointments offered online.
This feature can be enabled and customised in Settings > Online Booking > Overview.
After enabling this feature, use the cog to manage start time preferences per business and practitioner.
Select Add and choose the practitioners that you wish to limit start times for.
In the cog menu, you can select the start times for the business/practitioners you've selected:
Select Save to finalise your preferences.
If different practitioners/businesses have different start times, you can repeat the steps above.
When patients book online, only appointments that start at the selected times will be displayed.
