Setting up Recall Types

Recalls are used as reminders to contact existing patients and book their next appointment.

To create recall types, navigate to the Settings > General > Recall Types in the main menu.

To create a new recall, click Edit and click Add.

Clicking the Add button will enter a new row to the bottom of the grid. Enter a name for the recall type and set the default length of the recall.

Adjust the recall order by using the drag handle on the left-hand side, or delete it by clicking the trashcan icon.

Click Save to ensure your new recalls have successfully been created.
