Online booking locations represent the physical locations that a patient will select from when stepping through the online booking process.

Go to Settings > Online Booking > Locations

Select Add to create a new location.

Location Details

For most practices, an online booking location will represent a single PracSuite business. However, for practices that have multiple PracSuite businesses operating at the same physical location, an online booking location can represent multiple businesses.

Enter a Location Name that will be displayed to patients booking online.

The Business drop-down list can be used to select the address and contact information that will be displayed. Leave the business set to None if you wish to manually enter the details displayed online for this location.

Show Map on Confirmation Page

The Show Map on Confirmation Page option allows you to display a Google Maps overview for this location and provide the option to get directions to the location. This can either be based on the Location Address entered or a Google Maps Place ID. Click here to search and find your Google Maps Place ID.

Businesses

The final step of the Location setup process is to add the Businesses that will be available for online bookings at this Location.

Select Add and select the relevant businesses from the drop-down menu.
