Pinning a clinical note will highlight and bring that particular note out of the timeline so that it will be the first note you see every time you open a particular patient's clinical notes tab.

To pin a clinical note, simply hover the mouse over the note you wish to pin and click the Pin icon on the right-hand side.

Pinned clinical notes will appear in blue and at the top of the page. You can un-pin at any time by repeating these steps.
