To create a Quote, go to the Invoices tab of the Patient File and select the Quote button at the top of the page.

Like invoices, you can add items to your quote in the items grid, and set the quote date and expiry on the right-hand side of the page.

When you've finished adding items to the quote, use the Save button at the top to save and print/email the quote for the patient.

To convert a quote to an invoice, go to the Invoices tab of the Patient File and select the Quotes section.

Select the checkbox next to the quote and select Save as Invoice.
