To login to PracSuite you need to enter a correct username and password, followed by a valid two-factor authentication code from your authentication device.
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot your password? link on the PracSuite login screen as below. Only perform this step if you have forgotten your password.
For any other issue regarding logging into PracSuite, click the Request login assistance link, which will send an email to your organisation's PracSuite System Administrator.
Please note that for security reason Smartsoft support personnel are unable to reset general PracSuite user's login details.
Common login issues that may occur can be related to your web browser or an external password vault containing non-current logging details that may prevent you from successfully logging in if you rely on these functions to automatically log you into PracSuite. Manually enter your login details if you believe this to be the case.
