PracSuite allows you to create a list of standard reasons to select from when cancelling or rescheduling appointments to help maintain consistency across your team.
Managing Standard Cancellation Reasons
Under the Cancellation Reasons heading, select Add to create new options in the list.
Use the drag handle to drag and drop items to reorder the list as needed.
When cancelling appointments, your standard cancelation reasons will be available to select. Additional information can be added to the notes field.
Managing Standard Reschedule Reasons
Under the Reschedule Reasons heading, select Add to create new options in the list.
Use the drag handle to drag and drop items to reorder the list as needed.
When rescheduling appointments, your standard reschedule reasons will be available to select. Additional information can be added to the notes field.
