Overview
Rosters are used to set the available hours of a Practitioner. If no Roster is assigned to a Practitioner, they will inherit the open hours of the Business.

This article goes over the process of creating a roster that makes a Practitioner Not Available for bookings. This is useful for preventing bookings with a Practitioner before their proper roster starts or after they have finished working at the Practice.
Step 1:
Navigate to the Settings > Practitioners > Rosters page
Step 2:
Click Add at the top of the page to create a new Roster.
Step 3:
Enter N/A into the Description field.
Step 4:
Uncheck the boxes for all of the days.
Step 5:
Click Save

Default Roster for New Practitioners
This roster can be assigned to new practitioners automatically by selecting it as the Default on the Settings > Practitioners > Rosters page.
