If you have a new phone, you will likely need to transfer the authenticator codes from your old device to the new one.
Depending on the authenticator you use, this may happen automatically after you sign-in on the new device. If not, there should be an option to Export the authenticator codes from your old device and then an Import option on the new device.
Unfortunately, the exact steps depend on your device and the specific authenticator you use, so we cannot provide instructions on how to do this. If you are having trouble, a quick Google search like ''How to transfer XYZ Authenticator to a new phone'' should give appropriate results.
If you still have access to your old phone, you should still be able to open the Authenticator on your original device and use this to login to PracSuite.
If your original authenticator codes are not available or cannot be transferred, please see below.

How to reset a users two factor authentication:
If the original Authenticator codes are lost or cannot be transferred, a System Administrator at Company name will need to reset your two factor authentication.
Please see the following article for more instructions:
How to Reset Two Factor Authentication
In short, a System Administrator will need to:
1) Go to Settings > Users & Security > Users & Security.
2) Click on the User in question to open their file.
3) Click the 'Reset Two Factor Authentication' button at the top of the page.
Please note this will immediately invalidate any previous two factor authentication codes stored on their devices.
When this user next login to PracSuite, they will be prompted to re-configure their two factor authentication on a new device.
They will also be able to skip the two factor authentication requirement up to 5 times, if needed. We recommend the user reconfigure their 2FA at the next earliest opportunity for added security.
