If a user needs to reset their two factor authentication, they will need to contact a fellow PracSuite user with the System Administrator role who will be able to reset two factor authentication on behalf of the other user.
When logged into PracSuite as a System Administrator, go to Settings > Users & Security > Users & Security
Select the User in the list
At the top of their User profile, you will be able to select Reset Two Factor Authentication
When the user next signs in to PracSuite, they will be asked to reconfigure two factor authentication.
