Days Off

Overview

Days off can be added to completely rule out a date range and prevent appointment bookings for individual practitioners and an entire business. The practitioner(s) appointment book columns will not be available to add any type of appointments. Common uses for Days Off include employee leave and public holidays.

Creating Days Off

Step 1:

Click Edit

Step 3:

Select the 'Add' button to add a new day off

Step 4:

A new row will be added to the bottom of the grid, provide a description that will be shown on the appointment book, as well as start and end dates. Choose the Businesses and/or Practitioners that this Day Off should affect.

Step 5:

Select the 'Save' button to finalise your changes.

Deleting Days Off

Step 1:

Select the Day(s) Off that you would like to delete by checking the box on the left.

Step 2:

Click on the Delete button.

The filters along the top can be used to view previous Days Off and to find entries for particular practitioners and businesses. You can also click the column headers to sort by that column.
