Emailing a Letter as a PDF

When using the word processor in PracSuite, it's possible to email the letter as a Word document or as a PDF. Select the main Email button to email the letter as a Word document.

Select the drop-down icon next to the Email and select Email as PDF.

The compose window will open with the letter attached as a PDF.

Alternatively, you can select the Word document you would like to email as a PDF and select Email.

The following window will appear, where you can choose to send the document as a PDF file or keep it as a Word document.
