From a Patient File
For a detailed log outlining the history of all appointment changes, go to the Appointments tab of a patient file.
In the list of appointments, use the plus icon to reveal the full audit log for the appointment.
The audit log will expand to show all changes that have been made to the appointment since it was created, including cancellation and reschedule reasons.
From the Appointment Book
From the appointment book, hover over an appointment and you'll find who made the appointment at the bottom of the tooltip.
When hovering over a practitioner's name at the top of the appointment book, a tooltip with key info is displayed, including cancellation and reschedule reasons.
