The bottom row of the appointment tooltip can display the following:
Patient File Notes and Warnings
Treatment Plan
Referring Doctor
Recalls
Health Fund card details
Medicare/DVA card details
Other Benefits (Pension and NDIS details)
Follow the instructions below to adjust the order of the bottom row of the tooltip.
Go to the Appointment Book, select the Settings icon in the bottom left-hand corner and choose Tooltip Preferences.
Select which tiles you would like to display in the appointment tooltip. Use the drag handle to re-order the tiles.
Select Save to finalise your preferences.
These preferences will affect the bottom row of the tooltip.
