PracSuite allows users to export and import both Clinical Notes and Form templates, which can be ideal for sharing your templates with other practices that use PracSuite.

Navigate to the Settings page for Clinical Note or Form Templates.

Open the template that you wish to export and then select the Export Template button.

This will download an encrypted file that can only be uploaded into PracSuite. You can share this file with another PracSuite user so that they can benefit from using your template.

Navigate to the Settings page for Clinical Note or Form Templates.

Start with creating a new template and then select the Import Template button at the top of the page.

Locate the exported PracSuite file which you want to import, select it and then press Open.

If you have selected a valid psct or psft file, the template components will populate onto the template page. You can then edit it as required and Save it when finished.
