PracSuite integrates with VALD Hub, a solution that combines exercise prescription, outcome measurement and human measurement tools.
Best of all, in VALD Hub you can prescribe exercise programs, outcome measures and education articles for free! Patients will access their tasks from their MoveHealth app. The MoveHealth app will allow your patients to access all of their movement health data in one place, allowing them to access their exercise programs, outcome measures and education content all in one place. They will also be able to view in-clinic testing data captured on VALD systems*. Learn more about MoveHealth app on movehealth.me
*Test results available for DynaMo and ForceDecks, with more VALD systems coming soon.
From its best-in-class interface to having your clients seamlessly record and upload videos of their exercises for extra visibility, VALD Hub reduces the barriers to adopting exercise prescription technology in your practice.
The PracSuite integration allows practitioners to quickly create new patient profiles and access existing patient profiles in VALD, reducing the double handling of patient information.
Enabling the VALD Integration
If you don't already have a VALD TeleHab account, click here to sign up.
1. Log into your VALD account and obtain your VALD Organisation ID.
You can find your VALD Organisation ID on the Management page of VALD Hub.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click the Management option and select the ORGANISATION tab at the top.
2. Email VALD Support, copying in helpdesk@smartsoft.com.au, to request that they allow PracSuite to access your VALD data. Be sure to include your VALD Organisation in the email.
3. When you receive confirmation from VALD that they have processed your request, return to PracSuite and go to Settings > Integrations > VALD.
After enabling the integration, add your VALD Organisation ID and apply it to the relevant PracSuite Businesses. Repeat the above process if you have different VALD accounts per business.
4. You can now use the VALD button at the top of the Clinical Notes timeline to create new and access existing VALD patient profiles.
Using VALD features from the Clinical Notes tab in PracSuite
⚠️ Only users with a linked practitioner file can access the VALD integration features. If you are not a practitioner, or your PracSuite user account is not linked to your practitioner file, VALD features will not be available.
Learn how to link a user to a practitioner file here.
From the Clinical Notes tab of a patient file, you will find the VALD button:
PracSuite will pass the following patient information to VALD:
First Name (required)
Last Name (required)
Date of Birth (required)
Email (required)
Sex
Please note: PracSuite cannot link to pre-existing patient files that were added manually to your VALD account. For PracSuite to integrate properly with VALD, the patient file must be created anew via this integration, using the VALD button in PracSuite, which establishes a connection between the two products.
