Using the Appointment Report, a heatmap can be generated to identify the busiest times of the week.

This feature works with the filters on the Appointment Report, allowing you to identify the busiest times for e.g. initial consults or missed appointments. The heatmap can provide insight into both past and future appointment numbers.

After selecting your preferred filters, select Generate Report.

Select the Show Heatmap button to display the heatmap above the results grid.

Note: The heatmap cannot be included in the report print out. If you wish to print the heatmap, you'll need to take a screenshot of it.
