Tags can be applied to patient files based on a patient's responses within a Form.
Form Templates can be customised to add Tags in two different ways:
1. General Tags that will be applied to all patients that have completed a form. These tags can be applied with the Add Tag button found at the top of the Form Template.
2. Tags based on how the patient responds to multiple-choice or single-choice questions.
The Add Tag button is found next to each option, as shown below:
