Including linked appointment details when printing or emailing third-party invoices

Some third-party payers require additional information on their invoices, which can include the date, time and duration of the appointment.

To include this information on third-party invoices, please follow these steps:

2) Click on the Payer to open their file.

3) Go to the Accounts tab and click Edit.

You can now enable the option 'Include Linked Appointment details on Print / PDF'

4) When invoices within this file are printed or emailed, this will now include the linked appointment information below each item/service.

This feature relies on the invoice being linked to an appointment.

Invoices are automatically linked to an appointment when invoicing from the appointment book, however they can be linked manually following this guide:
