Item Groups are used to group item codes together for reporting purposes. Item Codes can belong to multiple Item Groups and are separate to Item Schedules.

To create an Item Group, go to Settings > Billing > Item Groups

Click Add to create a new Item Group.

Enter the Item Group Name.

Click Add to select the item codes you wish to add to this group.

Click Save to create the new item group.

To delete or mark the entire item group as inactive, click the three dots to open the popup window and select the appropriate option.
