Sending Forms to a Practice Supplied Device

Provide your patient with a tablet to complete the form in the practice

While links can be sent to patients to complete the form on their own device, you can also provide patients with a device, such as an iPad/tablet, to complete the form in the practice.

Go to the Forms tab of the Patient File and select Send Form.

Select the form you wish to send, the account that the form relates to, and then select Get Code.

You can either scan the QR code with the device you'll provide to the patient, or follow the instructions to manually type in the form code on your device.

You can now hand over the device to the patient for them to complete the form. Once completed by the patient, the form will be sent to PracSuite for staff to process. You can learn more about processing completed forms here.
