There are a number of features in PracSuite such as the Tyro Health Online integration, printing and the ability to download all files at once from a patient/client file that require the pop-ups within web browsers to be enabled.
If pop-ups are disabled for your web browser and/or the PracSuite website, the Tyro Health Online and printing pop-ups will fail to load. The button can be clicked but nothing appears. In the case of attempting to download multiple files from a patient/client file, if pop-ups are disabled only one file will download. If this is ever the case, please check to make sure that pop-ups are enabled for the app.pracsuite.com website by completing the following step-by-step guide for your browser.
Google Chrome

Navigate to the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of Google Chrome.
Click Settings.
Click Privacy and Security.
Click Site Settings.
Scroll down and click Pop-ups and redirects.
Click Add.
Type in app.pracsuite.com
Click Add. At this point, please close Google Chrome, re-open Google Chrome, login to PracSuite and you now will be able to load the pop-up you were having issues with.

Navigate to the 3 lines in the top right-hand corner of Mozilla Firefox.
Click Settings.
Click Privacy & Security.
Scroll down to the Permissions section & click Exceptions...
Type into the Address of website https://app.pracsuite.com and click Allow.
Click Save Changes.
At this point, please close Mozilla Firefox, re-open Mozilla Firefox, login to PracSuite and you now be able to load the pop-up you were having issues with.

Click on Settings.
Type pop-up in to the search box.
Click on the Add site button.
Type app.pracsuite.com into the text field.
Click Add. At this point, please close Microsoft Edge, re-open Microsoft Edge, login to PracSuite and you now will be able to load the pop-up you were having issues with.
