Overview
Automatic Appointment Confirmations for Online Bookings are set per appointment type and, unlike Reminders, they don't use the existing confirmation settings found on the Settings > Appointment Book > Confirmations page.
How to Configure Online Booking Confirmations
Step 1:
Go to the Settings > Online Booking > Services page.
Step 2:
Select the Service that you want to edit by clicking on it's name.
Step 3:
Click on an Appointment Type.

Step 4:
Click Edit at the top of the page.
Step 5:
Enable or Disable Confirmations for Email and/or SMS confirmations using the toggles.
Step 6:
Select the Template that you would like to use.
Step 7:
Click Save.
Step 8:
Repeat this process for each Appointment Type.
