Email & SMS Statuses

Overview

When sending emails and SMS from PracSuite, there are four possible statuses that can be assigned to the message.

Scheduled -

The message has been scheduled to send at a future date/time. These messages can be found on the Tools > Email > Scheduled Emails and Tools > SMS > Scheduled SMS pages or on the Messages tab of the recipient.

Sent -

The message has been successfully sent from PracSuite but a delivery receipt has yet to be received.

Delivered -

The message has been successfully delivered to the recipient. This status is only assigned once a delivery receipt has been received from the recipient.

Failed -

The message has failed to be sent to the recipient. Please reach out to PracSuite Support for assistance.
