PracSuite includes the following default payment methods for Australian users, which cater for the majority of practice needs:
Cash
Credit Card
EFTPOS
Health Fund
Cheque
Bank Transfer
Gift Card
Medicare/DVA
If you require additional methods for payments that you process through external platforms, you can customise the list of payment methods in Settings > Billing > Payment Methods.
On this page, you can:
Use the active checkbox to hide payment methods
Select Add to add new payment methods.
To reorder payment methods, click and hold the drag handle to the left of a payment method, then use your mouse to move it and change the order.
