Payment Methods

PracSuite includes the following default payment methods for Australian users, which cater for the majority of practice needs:

  • Cash

  • Credit Card

  • EFTPOS

  • Health Fund

  • Cheque

  • Bank Transfer

  • Gift Card

  • Medicare/DVA

If you require additional methods for payments that you process through external platforms, you can customise the list of payment methods in Settings > Billing > Payment Methods.

On this page, you can:

  • Use the active checkbox to hide payment methods

  • Select Add to add new payment methods.

  • To reorder payment methods, click and hold the drag handle to the left of a payment method, then use your mouse to move it and change the order.
