Re-activating a User

Overview

Re-activating a User that has been made Inactive will allow them to log-in to PracSuite. The steps below go over how to do this:

Marking the User File as Active

Step 1:

Navigate to the Settings > Users & Security > Users & Security page.

Step 2:

Set the Display filter to Inactive.

Step 3:

Select the User file from the list by clicking on their name.

Step 4:

Click on the Cog icon at the top of the page.

Step 5:

Select Mark User as Active.

Enabling Database Access

To allow the User to access the Database, you will also need to enable the Database Access section at the bottom of their User file.

Click Save and the User will now be Active.
