Overview
Reactivating a practitioner is a very quick process, however, there are still a number of things you'll need to do.
Marking the Practitioner as Active
Step 1:
Navigate to the Settings > Practitioners > Practitioners page.
Step 2:
Change the Display filter to Inactive.
Step 3:
Select the Practitioner.
Step 4:
Click on the Cog icon at the top of the page and select Mark Practitioner as Active.
Step 5:
Click Continue in the Confirmation window.
Enable the Practitioner at a Business
The Practitioner will need to be made Active at a business.
Click Edit at the top of the page and under the Businesses section check the box for the businesses that the Practitioner will be working at.
Check the Roster
If this Practitioner has been Inactive for a while, it may be a good idea to check the rosters that are assigned to the practitioner under the Rosters section to make sure they are still accurate.

Creating or Marking a User Account as Active
