Finding Appointments for an Inactive Practitioner

Marking a Practitioner's file as Inactive will remove their column from the Appointment Book. This article will go over how to see those appointments via reports.

Reporting on Appointment

A list of appointments or patients with appointments belonging to an Inactive Practitioner can be obtained via multiple reports, below you'll find the steps on using a couple of these.

Appointments

For a list of appointments that are booked with the inactive practitioner, please follow these steps:

Select the Practitioner in the Appointment with filter. You can select inactive practitioners by selecting Inactive in the pop-up window.

Step 3:

Set the other filters on the report as needed, such as the Appointment Date Range.

Step 4:

Once you're happy with the filters, click Generate. You will now have a list of appointments that match the selected filters.

Patients

For a list of patients that have appointments with the inactive practitioner, please follow these steps:

Step 1:

Navigate to the Reports > Patients > Patient List report.

Step 2:

Select the Practitioner in the Appointment with filter. You can select inactive practitioners by selecting Inactive in the pop-up window.

Step 3:

Set the other filters on the report as needed, such as the Appointment Date Range.

Step 4:

Once you're happy with the filters, click Generate. You will now have a list of patients that match the selected filters.
