All SMS and email messages sent through PracSuite are logged in the system. Here's how you can view the status of sent messages.

1. Go to the Patient or Payer file and open the Messages tab:

2. Go to <a href="https://app.pracsuite.com/reports/general/messages" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Reports &gt; General &gt; Messages</a> report to view sent emails and SMS in bulk.
