When adding HCF More For enabled item codes to an invoice, you will now be prompted to enter the appropriate ICD-10 code.

1) Before you begin, ensure the Health Fund of the patient has been set to HCF.

2) From the invoice screen, select a HCF 'More For' enabled item code.

2) When prompted, enter the appropriate ICD-10 code for your profession and click Save.

If you have entered the ICD-10 code incorrectly, this can be changed by clicking into the Item Code drop-down and clicking the HCF button.

3) Once your items have been added to the invoice with an appropriate ICD-10 code , use the normal 'Tyro EFTPOS > Health Fund Claim' button (in the Payment area) to submit your claim to the Tyro terminal.

After submitting the claim, Tyro will display a summary of the health fund benefit and any remaining gap amounts as usual.
