The Dashboard is a powerful reporting utility allowing users to add and configure widgets that display live statistics, offering insight into your business performance. Each widget can be displayed as a single value, graph or table and can be filtered to individual businesses, professions or practitioners.
To create a new Dashboard go to Reports > Dashboard
Click New Dashboard
The New Dashboard pop-up will appear, where you can enter a Name for this dashboard.
Optionally, you can use the Copy From drop-down to duplicate an existing dashboard (including widgets). If you would like to create a new 'blank' dashboard this drop-down can be left as '-- CREATE NEW --'.
Use the Owner drop-down to set the owner of this dashboard.

The Share Dashboard With section then determines who should have access to this dashboard. The sharing options are as follows:

- All Users Read-Only
All users can view this dashboard, but only the owner can make changes.

- All Users Full Access
All users can view and edit this dashboard.

- Specific Roles and Users
Roles and users are added manually, and the owner can specify read-only or full access as needed.
