When contacting Medicare for assistance they may request your Minor ID or Location ID, which is used to identify your business for online claiming purposes.

Please note this number is something issued by Tyro Health Online and is not something Smartsoft can provide you. You can, however, find this information in your Tyro Health Online account:

1) Login to your Tyro Health Online account.

2) Select Locations from side menu.

3) Success! This is where you can find your Medicare Location ID in Tyro Health Online.
