Creating Patient Recalls

Recalls can be created through the Recalls tab on the patient file and selecting the Add Recall button.

Select the Recall Type and select whether the recall should be assigned to a specific practitioner or to all practitioners in a particular profession. Notes can also be added to the recall to remind the practitioner of particulars when the recall is due.

Recall types can be managed using the cog icon to the right of the drop-down menu.

Select recurrence preferences if the recall should be repeated in future.

Click save to finalise the process.

Reporting on Patient Recalls

To view a list of recalls that are due, go to Reports > Clients > Recalls.

Filter the report by Client Type, Recall Status, Date, Assigned To and Default Practitioner.

After selecting the desired filters, select Generate Report to view all the matching patients and their recall dates.
